The elimination final performance also lifted the 21 year-old forward to his best fantasy point output since Jun. 27 and finds him currently averaging 66.95 points a game on the year.

Weigtman pulled in double-digit disposals for a second-straight week and registered multiple marks for the 14th time this year on Sunday, but it was a game- and career-high four goals - including back-to-back scores in the third term - that left the 20 year-old the talk of the town. Weightman now looks toward a semi-final match with Brisbane on Sept. 4 currently ranked first among all AFL rising starts in score involvements (5.21) and goals (1.79) a showing.

Heeney topped 20 total touches for a second-consecutive week, set a new season-high for clangers (6) and paced all players for majors in Saturday's heart-breaking loss to GWS. The 25 year-old closes out the year having averaged 15.9 disposals, 5.7 marks, 1.9 tackles and 1.7 goals a game across 20 appearances and currently ranked the AFL's No. 19 in total goal assists (18).

The 27 year-old has now topped 90 fantasy points in every contest played in the month of August and after accounting for 16 goals over that same period of time, currently finds himself one of only six players in the AFL having surpassed 50 to this point in the year.

Duursma has now appeared in every contest Port Adelaide has played since Jul. 23, averaging 18.5 disposals, four marks, 2.8 tackles, 1.3 clearances and 76.6 fantasy points a game along the way.
