Pistons Host Thunder In Battle Of Struggling Teams
The Detroit Pistons will host the Oklahoma City Thunder at Little Caesars Arena on Monday night.

The Pistons (4-18) are coming off a 114-103 loss against the Phoenix Suns last Thursday. Jerami Grant led the Pistons with 34 points, six rebounds, three assists, two steals and a block, in 38 minutes. Cade Cunningham followed up with 19 points, two rebounds, five assists, a steal and a block, while Isaiah Stewart totaled 12 points, 14 rebounds, two assists and a block. The Pistons shot 45 percent from the field, including 11-of-27 from deep. Detroit has lost eight games in a row.

The Thunder (6-16) are coming off an embarrassing loss since they were defeated by the Memphis Grizzlies by a 152-79 score last Thursday, and that 73-point margin of victory is a new NBA record. Luguentz Dort was the high-point man for the Thunder, with 15 points on 3-of-8 shooting. Tre Mann, Ty Jerome and Mike Muscala chipped in 12 points each, and Isaiah Roby was the only other player to score in double digits, with 11 points. The Thunder shot 33 percent from the field, including 11-of-38 from deep. Oklahoma City has dropped eight games in a row.
