Thunder Look To Get Back On Track At Home
The Oklahoma City Thunder play host to the Dallas Mavericks at Paycom Center on Sunday evening.

This marks the second game of a four-game home stand for the Thunder (8-17), which they began with a loss against the Lakers on Friday. They will be looking to bounce back from the loss in order to build on their, 4-8, home record. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander leads the team, averaging 21.4 points, 4.6 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 1.0 steals per game. Luguentz Dort is averaging 17.3 points and 3.9 rebounds, while Josh Giddey is the only other player averaging double digits in scoring, with 10.6 points, along with 6.7 rebounds, 5.9 assists and 1.0 steals per game. The Thunder are averaging a league-low, 99.1 points per game, while shooting an average of 41.2 percent from the field, which is second lowest in the league.

Meanwhile, this marks the third and final game of a road trip for the Mavericks (12-13), where they have gone, 1-1, with a win in Memphis, followed by a loss in Indiana on Friday. They will look to bounce back from the loss and add to their, 6-7, road record by closing the trip on a high note. Luka Doncic (ankle) is expected to be sidelined for the contest, which means Jalen Brunson will likely be looked upon to step up into the starting lineup, while Frank Ntilikina and Trey Burke should see some extra action off the bench. Without Doncic, Kristaps Porzingis is the team's leading scorer, averaging 19.6 points, along with 7.7 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.4 blocks per game. Tim Hardaway Jr. is averaging 14.3 points, 3.8 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.0 steals, while Jalen Brunson is averaging 14.3 points, 4.0 rebounds and 4.8 assists per game. The Mavs are averaging 103.8 points per game, which is fourth fewest in the league, and they are giving up an average of 105.6 points against.
