Unfortunately for VCU, Shulga withdrawing from the 2024 NBA Draft does not ensure his re-enrollment there. Instead, a withdrawal means he accepts enrollment at the college that gives him what he perceives to be his best offer. Having averaged more than 10 points and two three-pointers made as a senior for one of the A-10's most recognizable teams, Shulga is expected to attract many suitors.
