Celtics Topple Bucks, 117-103
The Boston Celtics defeated the Milwaukee Bucks, 117-103, at TD Garden on Monday night.

The Bucks (18-11) came into Monday's contest looking to avenge a nine-point overtime loss to the Celtics (14-14) earlier in the season, and they looked to be well on their way to accomplishing their goal after jumping out to a 30-21 lead through one. However, Boston made quick work of their deficit in the second, eliminating it altogether and going into halftime with a one-point advantage. The hosts carried the hot hand over into the third quarter by adding another 10 points to their edge, and a 32-point tally in the final period helped ensure a comfortable victory. Milwaukee suffered a key loss during the game when Khris Middleton exited after 24 minutes on the floor due to a hyperextended knee.

Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jrue Holiday co-led the Bucks with matching 20-point tallies while recording eight rebounds and eight assists, respectively. Pat Connaughton supplied 15 points, nine rebounds, two assists and one steal. Bobby Portis compiled 13 points, eight rebounds, two assists and one block.

Jayson Tatum paced the Celtics with 42 points, complementing them with five rebounds, four assists and three steals. Jaylen Brown registered 19 points, five assists, four rebounds, two steals and one block. Grant Williams racked up 17 points, seven rebounds and one assist. Robert Williams and Al Horford generated matching 10-point tallies while adding seven and five rebounds, respectively. Horford also dished out four assists.

The Bucks head back home to host the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday afternoon, while the Celtics remain home and host the Golden State Warriors on Friday night.
