Cavs Confident In Fourth Consecutive Win
The Cleveland Cavaliers defeated the visiting Miami Heat, 105-94, at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse on Monday evening.

The contest got out to a tight start and the Heat led, 25-23, after one quarter. The Cavs turned it up a notch in the second and outscored the visitors, 32-19, to claim an 11-point advantage by halftime. The Cavs stayed in control through the third, but the Heat managed to trim it down to a five-point game, heading into the final frame. The Cavs reclaimed dominance in the final frame, where they pushed their lead to a game-high 16 points, on the way to a fourth consecutive win.

Kevin Love led the way for the Cavs with 23 points and nine rebounds, in 24 minutes. Isaac Okoro followed up with 18 points, five rebounds and two assists, while Jarrett Allen totaled 17 points, eight rebounds, three assists and a block. The Cavs shot 44 percent from the field, including 16-of-36 from long range.

Meanwhile, P.J. Tucker led the Heat with 23 points, nine rebounds, five assists and a block, in 35 minutes. Kyle Lowry followed up with 22 points, three rebounds, five assists, a steal and a block, while Tyler Herro chipped in 12 points on 6-of-15 shooting, off the bench. The Heat shot 45 percent from the field, including 13-of-40 from long range.

The Heat (16-12) will look to bounce back as they take on the 76ers on Wednesday. The Cavs (17-12) play host to the Rockets on Wednesday.
